All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Changes may not be made to your online order while it is in progress. If you have a request or find an error in your order confirmation, please email our online client service at email@example.com. It may take a couple days for us to reply to your e-mail while we investigate your inquiry.
To ensure timely and safe delivery, our products are shipped using United States Postal Service. We use First Class and Priority, depending on the weight and size. Delivery is usually between 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that we currently ship online orders to the United States only.
All products are available while supplies last. Although we update our inventory and site regularly, occasionally items may be on back-order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience a back-order may cause. We will contact you via email to inform you if an item’s delivery will be delayed or if an item is no longer available.
Order Processing Errors
We occasionally may have technical issues that will affect your order processing. If we discover that there has been a problem processing your order, we will contact you via email to explain and rectify the problem. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that an unprocessed order might cause.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide enough information about our products so that our clients know exactly what they are purchasing. If the merchandise is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if the original defective product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase and less than 20% of the product has been used. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened skin care products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product’s use).
Products may be returned if unused and sealed in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds are given. Return your package via an insured, prepaid shipping method. Please include your order number and note the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

As part of our commitment to your privacy, S4 Skincare supports and adheres to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct marketing Association’s “Privacy Promise to American Consumers.” In doing so, we agree to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale exchange with other marketers: (2) honor client requests not to share their information with other marketers and (3) honor customers’ request not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from S4 Skincare. Customers may request removal of their name from mailing lists by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include subject line REMOVE and full name and address.
Generally, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.
There may be times, such as when you purchase or order a product, subscribe to our newsletter, or participate in contests or promotions, at which we ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide this information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our website.
Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, S4 Skincare periodically sends out e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mails about our services and products offered. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from S4 Skincare or request removal of their e-mail address by sending an e-mail including REMOVE in the subject line to email@example.com.
Using Your Information
Your e-mail information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing tends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about S4 Skincare products, services, and events.
Our website uses ‘cookies’, which are small amounts of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Generally, cookies are used to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. You can generally set your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it.
We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.
From time to time, we may use client information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
